Growing up in a family of culinarians set my interest in gastronomy. Though I initially had my career as an educator and writer, I eventually transitioned as a cook after an expat hired me as a private chef one eventful day. Armed with experience, lessons, confidence, and most especially the passion, I decided to open this food business to promote my Mindanaoan roots and show how my heritage has influenced my recipe choices and cooking technique.
